The control cabins produced by Bernardi Impianti International represent the operating centre of all the plant.
Inside there are all the electric and electronic instruments to control each single machine of the plant.
This solution guarantee a total protection of the instruments, more safety and facilitate the periodical maintenance.
The control cabin is divided in two sections: the first one designed for the power instruments installation and its access is reserved only to the skilled technicians, protected to avoid the access of non authorised people, the second one designed to lodge the personnel who conducts the plant.
All control cabins have an air conditioner to guarantee a comfortable stay and can be personalized for size and furnishings according to the requests of the customers.
The control of all the functions is based on a complex software system realised by Bernardi Impianti International on his own, which is extremely flexible and easy to use thanks to the use of windows and icons. (see SOFTWARE Dept.)
The system elaborates all production data, from the quantities of raw materials to the quantities of finished product, from the duration of the production cycles to the composition of the recipes, from the data of the trucks to the list of the customers supplied having therefore always at disposal all necessary data for accounting and management.
