DRYERS

The latest range of dryers manufactured by Bernardi Impianti International are designed and realized to assure their long life.
Made of Carbon steel sheets with external insulation they have an internal blading for a perfect distribution of material to dry with bolted paddles on reverse for heat recovery.
Movement by means of ring gear coupled to a pinion with epicyclic motoreduction gear.
Two rolling steel rings leaning on 4 steel rollers complete of bearings fixed on the frame with adjustable supports.


BURNERS

Universal burners working with diesel oil or heavy fuel oil or natural gas, type TC, designed and realized directly by Bernardi Impianti International. Manufactured with a special heated cam and adjustable to regulate the lenght of the flame. Inside, as well as the holed flame disk for air flow, there is a special gate with a control screw to enlarge or reduce the flame in order to get a perfect combustion. The rate air/fuel combustion is made electronically through an inverter assembled on motor of fan with servocontrol.
