MET-MT (MET Modular Type) The batch type plant with MET technology built with pre-assembled modules .
With this new plant, Bernardi has joined all the MET's typical advantages with a modular frame construction to get a faster and easier installation on site.
The tower has been divided in 5 modules, each one according with standard dimensions : 3,0 x 6,0 x 3,0 h meters.
The base frame, assembled on site anyhow, is the portal on which the modules will be put on. It will be 4 metres in height for the transit and waiting of the lorries (direct hot mix discharge) or it will be high 3 metres if it is fitted with skip and hot mix silo.
All modules will get the standard dimensions above mentioned and could be differently fitted according to the requested output per hour.
On site the five modules will be easily bolt, while all the electric and pneumatic parts as well as the oil diathermic heating systems, prewired in factory, will be fast connected through quick clutches.
The tower of the MET-MT can naturally be equipped with the means for using recovery and commercial filler, each one with own weighing hopper.
