The road building industry is always in continuous evolution. Recently, the demand to open jobsites in very short times and for limited duration, has grown.
In order to accomplish market requirements Bernardi Impianti International S.p.A. has fulfilled a complete range of mobile plants easy to transport. The mobile plant can be continuous (CEM) or discontinuous (MIC), completely on semi-trailers towed by normal tractors. The project arrange on frames all the plant: feeders, dryer, bags filter, screening weighing and mixing unit, the hot mix silo (optional), the bitumen heating and storage unit and the control cabin. Fast couplings and fittings allow easy and fast connections among the units. To operate the plant it is required a connection to the bitumen and fuel tank and the electrical connections by means of plugs. In this way we have a prompt operation at jobsite without building any concrete bed.
